Conduct training on financial knowledge for the directors, supervisors and other senior management personnel of the Company, popularize the relevant securities and legal knowledge, especially the provisions on legal liability, so that these personnel can establish a sense of integrity and legal awareness of entering the capital market, have a profound and comprehensive understanding of the basic knowledge of the Company’s establishment and operation and relevant laws and regulations, and have a correct understanding of their respective responsibilities and rights, in order to lay a solid foundation in line with the standardization of the operation of the international capital market;

Ensure that the Company strictly complies with the provisions of the exchange rules and regulations, standardizes the restructuring and operation, establishes an effective property rights constraint mechanism, implements the rights and obligations of investors, establishes a standardized organizational system and operating mechanism, promotes the Company's transformation of operating mechanisms, and assists the Company to establish a standardized organizational structure and internal operation system; at the same time, establish an information disclosure system that meets the requirements of listed companies; and

We are responsible for formulating and scheduling the overall plan, and assists Company in screening and organizing professional service teams such as legal advisers, domestic (Japan) and foreign (US) lawyers, auditors, appraisers (if necessary), underwriters and public relations companies (the "listing professional service teams") to work closely with the Company to complete the restructuring and listing as planned;
